Everlet Capital is a flexible, opportunity focused investment firm. We tailor the right mix of debt and equity solutions that help our partners meet their commercial goals while delivery our investors positive risk adjusted returns.

Our firm was founded after seeing how the contrained, low leverage lending strategy of Irish banks was contributing to the housing shortage. We started by offering bridging, mezzanine and preferred equity finance solutions to trusted developers in our network. 

Based on our initial success we have expanded to be industry agnostic while remaining true to our original mission of looking for mutually beneficial, “win win” scenarios for all parties in our deal.
